I'm just starting to look into applying to the CRP and I have a few questions!

I have applied twice to the ICP and never made it to the interview stage but always made it to the last round of rejections (how frustrating). So I'm wondering how I can spruce up my application and cover letter.

I have work experience in quick service food & bev, operating heavy machinery (i related it to attractions), a cashier (merch) and working as a foster care relief provider (working with youths)....
