Logging in with DOC

Hi friends!! I received an email that I needed to register and upload documents to the DOC website, but when I try and register it says that it doesn't recognize my email? Does anyone have any suggestions/has experienced this? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

i finally was able to log in on DOC but there is nothing displayed on there-"sections" where i can upload documents...anyone had this problem?

 

I've got the exact same problem jayze! mine asks to upload the following documents but its just blank underneath

oh phew i thought it was just me, I've been stressing out haha- i emailed them and got an automated reply back to say they are out of office. hopefully hear back soon.
The email i received this morning said they had already sent me a notice to upload my documents previously? i didn't receive it and my dashboard application status didn't say i got one either.. did you girls get an email like this?...

 

Oh okay hopefully we can get our documents up soon! haha same getting so anxious! I got the exact same email and message on my dashboard this morning!! and didn't receive any emails before that! .. weird !

 

yay ok, i was thinking WHAT! how did i miss that email i check almost everyday to see if things have changed or if there are new notifications lol ill let you girls know if i hear anything..im getting all excited again! are you doing the august intake for the international program?? NZ/AUS?

Yup thats the intake that i applied for! i sent my application the first day they released it back in october haha so I've been waiting for so long to hear more from them lol Im in NZ though

 

I've been stressing out for the past hour because of the exact same thing, so glad im not the only one!

 

Hi Everyone! Im in the same boat, I was freaking out haha, good to know it seems to be the system, not us individually haha. And I got the same, "you need to upload documents reminder" email as well, and I was like wait, I never got the other one! but oh well, I sent them an email just now as well, so hopefully it gets sorted out soon. Hopefully its not blank for too much longer

So I had a moment of freaking out too when I got that email about not uploading the documents lol. But I remember reading on a blog that they had to upload proof of enrolment to uni (so a uni transcript) and a scan of the bio page of their passport, so I just tried uploading those. In DOC, under your profile, there's an attachment tab, after you upload a document in that section it lets you choose what type of file it is (e.g. 'Passport bio page') from a drop down menu, so I think that that's how we upload the documents....but I have no idea really, could be super wrong =/ I've emailed them anyway cause I'm not sure if those were all we needed to upload, but we probably won't hear from them today... gotta remember that they don't work on weekends and its like..4am in the morning on Monday in America at the moment =P

 

hey guys!! i wouldn't stress too much, the list of the documents i was supposed to upload was blank as well. i received the DOC email on christmas day, contacted the recruitment office ASAP but still had to wait several days for a reply. but as soon as i heard back everything was fixed!!! so i wouldn't worry, i'm sure they will sort you guys out good luck everyone!

 

just got a reply for my email it said "Thank you for your message. Your account will be blank for the current time. You will start seeing more updates on your DOC account as you are going through the application process. We apologize for any inconveniences. Thank you for your patience."

 

I got the same email this morning, but I just re-logged back into DOC and all the document links are there for me to upload so go and have a look
