Hi, Still nothing... have my exams this week and next, so at least they are distracting me from the wait a little... haha... i think applications are still open though, so we might not hear anything until they close??? I don't know, it is driving me a little crazy, i feel like its the only thing I talk and think about hah :)

I've heard nothing either, and applied the same day as you jayze
I thought it would take about a month to process, but its a fair while past the month mark now. I know they're coming out after the Easter break in April next year, but I'd still just love to hear if i passed the first stage haha

As frustrating as it is, I have read (through my spare time research :p ) that 'in progress' is what you want to see!!! it means that your application has been viewed and it has been passed on further... apparently. In progress is good, you don't want to see 'your application has been rejected' right? haha

Haven't heard anything back yet either! maybe we don't hear anything until its time for interviews?? and i'm sure if our applications were not eligible or something we would have heard something back by now.. hopefully!!! :p

Hey guys, you won't hear about an interview until about 4 weeks before Jill comes over. You might get asked to upload somethings to a website such as a copy of your passport and a proof of student status form between now and then so don't expect much else. Also the apps for January didn't close until the August apps opened. Go talk to your careers adviser as they usually have a liaison person with Disney and they might be able to tell you when they are coming over. I found out via my uni's career hub about interviews before I heard from Disney. Keep busy watching vlogs and reading blogs!

No worries! I feel your pain. It was exactly five months between applying and finding out about being accepted for me. The wait doesn't get any easier unfortunately but there are only 58 days till I leave now so the wait is worth it!

Hi ALL!! i know we've all been waiting for a while, BUT i commented on the disney blog under the international section on the Disney site to ask when we should expect to hear about from a recruiter and they replied with:

    "Hello Jayze,
Thank you for your question! Make a note that our in-person interviews will be around March/April of next year. You will receive an update on your application closer to our interview dates.
Thank you once again for your patience and have the happiest of holidays!"

We still have a long wait ahead!! :)

Thanks for the info Jayze. I figured that we will not here anything until the January intake of Aussie/New Zealand Program people are organised and moved in etc. Then they will start to focus on the next lot, makes sense really :)
I hope that everyone has a safe holidays

Hi Guys! I'm about to head over for the Aus/NZ CEP - I leave on Friday! I just wanted to shamelessly plug my blog and vlog because I'm planning to document my time in America. Also, I have a DCP program guide on my blog that I am writing with a specific focus on the process for Aus/NZ participants. So far I have gone through the entire application and interview process which might be helpful for you all :) I'm trying to get the rest of the guide updated but it might be a bit slow once I head to Disney. I'll definitely be posting regular updates on my adventures though! Good luck to you all and hopefully in six months you'll be packing your bags to head to Disney too!

Oh I'm so glad that's it's helpful! When I was researching and applying, I found lots of comprehensive stuff on the American program but not much on the Aus/NZ program so I wanted to create the resource I never had for other people. I'm glad it's proving useful :D
