  1. Hi guys!

I'm just starting to look into applying to the CRP and I have a few questions!

I have applied twice to the ICP and never made it to the interview stage but always made it to the last round of rejections (how frustrating). So I'm wondering how I can spruce up my application and cover letter.

I have work experience in quick service food & bev, operating heavy machinery (i related it to attractions), a cashier (merch) and working as a foster care relief provider (working with youths). So i feel like i have relatable working experiences.

Is there anything else i should do or add into my cover letter or application to up my chances? Finding out you're NLIC is such an awful feeling. Plus i want to take a year off before heading back to university so i only have a small window of opportunity

    Thanks in advance :)

You definitely want to make yourself stand out. You have relevant experience, so that's a very good thing.

Your cover letter is an opportunity for them to get to know you without meeting you. What's your personality like? What does culture/Disney mean in your life? Talk yourself up, you need to convince them that you are the ideal candidate for the job.

  3. thanks! i mention that im friendly and outgoing but maybe that wasn't enough. Do you think that because my university program has nothing to do with tourism/ hospitality that could be a reason t reject me? I'm doing nursing so its pretty much opposite of what disney does lol

    again thanks so much!

Your university degree won't affect it. I got accepted and I did engineering lol. Most of the jobs are in food & beverage so leaning hard towards that could better your chances. Also the acceptance rate is much higher for CRP than it is ICP so your odds are Better already. Best of luck :)
