I'm being 100% honest, the phone interview is nothing
Be enthusiatic about the job and Disney.
They"ll ask if you've ever lived alone and tell them you are really looking forward to the experience.

    They don't's would be obivious.
Don't be negative, don't be covered in tattoos because thats an automatic no, no.

    Just be yourself.

Im a bit worried as to how to answer the 'why do you want to work at Disney' question.
Obv i wana work there cos its the best place in the world and its just brilliant, but im sure they hear that from everyone, so how do you make you answer sound good but without waffling on and on and on about why you like it?

I said other than the fact that it's DISNEY WORLD.
I just told her how I felt about the place and my experience with it. Just be real. Don't plan a whole lot. Just showthem how passionate you are and how perfect you will be for the job. :)

I know I've been planning some answers out, cos sometimes I randomly think of something that I'd like to say, or a memory will pop in to my head.
Plus I just know that once I get on the phone, I probably wouldn't be able to talk sense if I didn't have anything written down in front of me, I'd be too excited.... ;D

Congrats to you guys who've already had yours!

Yeah I should also write some things down and plan ahead of time, cause I am always like "OH I should have said that or mentioned that!"....But Im sure we will all do fine and I wish u all the best of luck

I think just being yourself is the best advice. I haven't had my phone interview yet but I got an e-mail saying to expect it in the next 3 weeks so I'm thinking of things to say and anticipating what'll be asked but I'm just ggoing to try and be calm and hope for the best. It'll probably be kind of fun really cuz talking about anything Disney is one of my favorite things to do anyway lol ;D
