If you mean from going to the visa office to arriving at my house, it was absurdly short - I went one day and it was at my house the next!! I don't know if it's usually that short; and also I was at Belfast, not London.
Hy!! For me 1 day too, my appointment was yesterday in the morning in Paris, and today i had the visa in the afternoon!!! don't worry, it's really quickly!
