According to http://www.disneyinternationalprograms.com/sap/its/mimes/zh_intlrec/international/apply.html#this the only countries that are eligible to participate in the International College Program are Japan, China and Taiwan. But talk to the people Kevus mentioned just to be sure. If it's just Disney you want to work for and not necessarily Walt Disney World, you could always apply to Disney Cruise Lines. They hire people from all over the world. Good luck to you
