I'm checking this board every minute of the day to see if anyone's heard! So I thought I'd pass the time with a new poll, just to get an idea about how modest everyone is being! ..Don't worry, the poll is anonymous, so feel free to be honest.

I really thought I wouldn't even be considered for a placement, due to the fact that alot of people had degree's etc and went home with a sad face.

I felt the interview with Frank went ok. However, I felt I could improve on stuff, like mentioniong the 50th Anniversary etc Some of the questions are what I predicted and some I was put right on the spot... Overal I thought I had a 10% Chance of a placement...

    I have no idea!!!!!

Think I answered the questions the best I could, but it's always the same when you look back and think, you always wish you had said something different,

Oh well its all done now, just keep your fingers crossed folkes.

I know what you mean TiggerCharlotte, the standard did seem pretty high. Most people I talked to were really friendly and seemed to have their heads screwed on. I even spoke to two Law students both at really good universities (you on here u two?), and other people that had loads of work experience under their belts!
I suppose its good to know that if any of us don't get it, there's still a great bunch of people going. Do you think the interview is the deciding factor? I mean, I felt my phone interview went much better than my face2face, and my CV has some stuff on it about me that I didn't mention to Mark, but do you think everything else is out the window once our face2face is done?
    Anyway, good luck everyone!  :-*

i think everything's taken into consideration not just the face to face. your phone interview will be taken into account as will how you behaved at the presentation, like if you were smiling and paying attention and stuff!

I think when they consider you they will probably have your face to face interview notes and your CV next to them to remind them who is who, and to get info that perhaps they couldn't in the face to face, so it should be fine.

Theres no way I *shouldnt* have it merely because of the appalling day that turned out to be afterwards - but down to the interview? Not so sure lol I'm hoping they have a flick through my CV too- since she spent forever talking about my art work, then asked to see some of it (can't say I thought to bring any with me!). Forgot about that photograph of a 30ft mural I painted on the back page of my CV there didn't I? :D Scuse me while I slap myself

look if we all got through the phone interview we must have done somethin right so we are all aready brilliant for doing that - and if you think about it no matter what u thought the standards were like or what everyone else was like on the day there really is no reason why any of us wont get the job??! by the way this is my very lame attempt to cheer everyone up!! ;D

I totally agree with Swedey2k (Dan right?) Everyone who is on these boards who got thru november does completely different things - its really cool. Disney want us to represent our culture and it would be hard for them to do that if everyone has done the same sort of thing before disney...

At Glasgow interviews - i dont think i met anyone who couldnt have done the program. Everyone was so nice and so disney! And such a high standard is anyone going to stand out! When we had ours i think they said they look at cv, interview notes and application form etc... when considering you.
Awww i really hope u guys hear soon,

    Marie

To add to Kellys well made point we really don't know how people who are not on the boards performed at the interviews. Maybe they didn't do to well ???
