in person interviews

Hey everyone,

Sorry if this has been asked before but I cant find an answer (at least I can't anyways). I was just wondering where are In Person Interviews usually held? I am Canadian so I was just wondering if I get an in person interview, will I be flying to somewhere in Canada, or to Florida. Thanks so much

 

They send recruiters to big provinces in Canada.
I'm from newfoundland so mine was in Halifax.

Where are you living?
You would just fly (or drive) to the closest place.
I believe they are held in
Halifax
Toronto
Saskatchewan
Vancouver

I'm pretty sure they have the interviews in Calgary too, or maybe it's Edmonton.

 

well that would work excellently for me. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.

 

Are you applying for February 2009 start dates?

And I was just wondering if everyone usually gets a face 2 face interview after having a phone interview? and do they let you know over the phone during your phone interview or do they e-mail you?

 

Yeah I am applying for the Feb 2009 start dates...but I am unsure of the answers to your questions. By the sounds of the email that I recieved it seems like everyone does, but I am not entirely sure

 

After the phone interview some were told they would be notified in two weeks if they were to go on to the face to face.
Some were told immediately afterwards (which I was)

I know of many people that did not make it to the face to face after the phone interview.
