    wow!!! congrats
i got mine like 2 weeks ago :D
just relax, smile and be yourself!!!!
the questions are easy, first they explain the program and all that after make some questions, like what u want join the program, what can u say of your contry , a thing that represent your country, how do u describe yourself (atleast to me ), dont forget smile! its very important! its can sound silly but its tru ypur voice change whe u are smiling!!! so dont worry!!! ;)
    Big Hugs!!!

My advice for the phone interviews would be smile! ;D Sounds daft, but it does show in your voice. I had a bit of paper where I put a few bullet points to remind me if i got stuck. Things like- what would you tell people about your home town/country, job experiences, living with roommates from other countries etc. I also had a Tigger soft toy to make me smile, and I had a glass of water which I don't think I actually used, but I'm glad it was there! It was like the fastest 10 minutes of my life- I came off the phone thinking I must have screwed up cos it was so short! The yummy jobs people are all lovely though, really friendly.
    Good luck! :D
