june 19th flight log UK...

it's less than a month away now so i figure for those who don't get emails from yummy about flights like the icp folk, it might be worth seeing if we're together... or at leats in an airport at the same time!

anyone else hanging around gatwick that morning? I know everyone arrives at mco around the same time so i think everyone will meet up at that end ok! I booked my own flight through sta so not sure if anyone else will be with me. think everyone is going by virgin while i'm on a BA flight!

 

how much was your ba flight, im leaving that date, but havent booked my flight yet, still deciding weather to leave from manchester or gatwick ???

 

well, I've got my internal flight from glasgow too, so together it cost 320. I'd assume then that the gatwick - orlando but would be about 250 or something i did it through STA as well. it's a blue ticket so I had to get the travel card for 7 quid too.

 

I'm flying with Virgin leaving Manchester at 10:25am and arriving in Orlando at 2:35pm. I've booked the flight with STA

What times are you guys goona be at the airport in Manchester then, my flight is at 9:25, but disney have booked for me, i fly to NY then down to Florida, I wont be there till 6pm, i dont know why they havent put me on a direct flight :-\ So i'll be leaving before you guys and arriving later, mmmm!

 

im on the 11.05 ba flight from gatwick too, so i will see u there linsey! im coming down from edinburgh, get into gatwick at 7.55.

 

oiooooh! I come down from glasgow. i arrive at 7.45 I think it is, so I'll be spending a load of time in gatwick. do you want to swap mobile numbers? we'll both be booked right through so more difficult to get together on the plane but maybe we can try and work something out. i'll be getting an aisle seat regardless so it's easy to walk about

im on virgin flight at 10.45 from gatwick. i suppose i'll be there about 3 hours before to check in, hopefully we can meet up before getting on our flights.

im food and bev! yeah it would be good to meet up in the airport, make it a bit less scary! cant believe its only 5 days to go!

yeah, I'm not checking in until I arrive on tuesday at glasgow. i tried logging on with BA but they don't recognise my number. i'm assuming because it's an STA reference number, I'm not sure though. but yeah, will just sort it out when i arrive at the airport. if i know where you are i can request as close as possible

does anyone know gatwick well enough to say a meet up point for us? I know the shopping area is huge, maybe we can say outside a certain shop?

I didn't plan on putting on my disney stickers until orlando, of course, we could each wear one at gatwick and one on arrival at MCO! we should do brazillian tour group and get a flag...

BA go from Gatwick north. Virgin go from gatwick South so no chance of us meeting at the airport looks like I'd say best meet up per half group then will be outside a certain shop of choice. WHS or something. Or after security control, but then you've got to kill time in the gates!

But yeah, we're all going to be seperate guys!

 

yeah wh smith sounds like a good idea, i dont know the airport very well though! ???

 

neither do I. has been years since i was there, i just know from others that the shopping concourse is huge and there's ALWAYS a wh smith so it should be okay to meet there.
