I'm not sure about anywhere else but in Canada it says it right on the info page with my passport number, my name address and such.

Yeah mine doesn't say unfortunately. I've asked a couple of people and everyone reckons it'll be Glasgow since thats the main passport office in Scotland. I guess I'll just have to take their word for it... :-\

yeah and again I can't speak for Scotland, but my issuing city was the city I took my application to... if you mailed yours I guess that doesn't help either.

Another question while you're being so helpful. :D

Its asking about times I've been to the US. Does that include on vacation? And if so, how far back do they want to go? I've gone every year at least once since 1992 and won't be able to remember the exact dates. Shall I just go from the stamps in my passport? :D

I would assume the most information you can give there the better off you'll be... even if you can't remember exact dates I would guess at the months... I don't think you'ld have to go much further back then say 10 years. or until you run out of room lol

LOL Thats excellent. Thank you. I'm going by the dates in my passport and they don't seem to have given me a stamp for 2003...

hmm I've had that happen before but well Canada and the US are so close that I don't think it matters for us...
