- When my mum and sis come and visit me and I'd like to book a hotelroom for them with my discount, how soon should I book the room? Please don't say asap, I know that, but I arrive August 19th and my family wants to visit the 13th of October or maybe halfway through November... Could I still book a room only 2 months ahead? (I've never been to WDW, so I have no idea when people usually book) - And as for the whole giving them free access to the parks thing, I heard you can get 3 people in for free for 6 days when doing a 6-month program and 12 days when doing a 12-month program. My program lasts 5 months, so I'm assuming I could get people in for free 5 times... My question is though, could I get people in for free for like 3 or 4 days after being there for only 2 months...? - And, another question about getting people into the parks for free... When I want to give people access to 2 different parks in 1 day, does that count as 2 days? And which parks could I get people into, because I heard I couldn't get them into some of the parks for free. Big thanks to whoever answers this!
1) ASAP is the best answer (I know not what you'll want to hear) but you do it online through the Hub (it's changed so I'm not sure how at the moment) and since there are only a limited number of cast member rooms available you should do it as soon as you can once you get access. 2 months should get you a room somewhere but you may not be in your number 1 choice. 2&3) you should get 6 days most likely and those are hopper passes so you can sign up to 3 people in any day you want for those 6 days and they can go to any park they want. You can't sign more than 3 people into the parks each day. The parks you can sign people into are Animal Kingom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the Disney-MGM Studios. Sometimes you get special passes that let you sign people into the water parks/disney quest/Pleasure island but those are usually around November/December. You should get this maingate pass (what you use to sign people into the parks) before your actual ID (or at least I did last year).
