Can i ask any other people who have already applied, what dates do you put on the forms to say when you are free? Do you put when your exams are over or the actual end of term? Or does it not matter as long as you tell them when you can go at the interview?

I'm assuming you're applying for the ICP Program.

I applied for CRP but I'm fairly sure the start date is a similar concept. Put down the earliest date you are available to go to Disney. If that is the day after your last exam then say that. If you'd prefer to have a few days between exams/leaving then put your earliest date a few days later.

I think there are set dates for the ICP Sessions to start. I know one session starts May 25th, but I'm not sure about the others. Maybe someone who applied to ICP would know.

I know the exact answer to this question!! ;D

I have just had my f2f for the UK ICP 2008 and had the same situation.

Ok, my situation was that the official end of term for my uni was the 4th july. My last date I needed to be in uni was the 11th June and so I want to apply for the 22nd June fly out date.

On the Student Status form, it says that under U.S. Regulations you can only attend a program which falls in your vacation dates so I thought uh-oh!! (coz obviously, 22nd june is before the 4th july!) So I contacted Yummy who told me to put on the student status form the first date you were available after uni finished (i.e. for me that was the 12th june) until the end of your summer vacation.

On the letter from the Uni (the one on headed notepaper) I got the uni to write that although I officially finish on the 4th july, I was free to go from the 12th june. This letter only goes to Yummy I think... Its not as official as the student status form. By telling them both dates on the letter, you are telling them the whole truth and so some stupid thing such as a date isn't going to hinder your application for the ICP.

    I hope this makes sense!!!
