Telephone interview for early 2011

Just got the email saying I have my telephone interview for early next year!!!!!!!

Is very exciting for me as I didn't get one when I applied last year.

I'm guessing they call you and not the other way around. Just making sure in case I miss it waiting for my call

Cheers. Just making sure. I'll let you know deffinately. I've heard that sometimes they offer the face to face interview at the end of the call, but I'll have to wait and see about that. Hope they do personally.

I'm going to be in Orlando from this Sunday to September 6th so hopefully that won't affect my chances of getting an interview (obviously I'll have to let them know)

Just had my interview phone ;D.

I thought it went really well. Will find out in September if I get a face to face interview so fingers crossed.

For anyone who has a phone interview confirmed, you have nothing to worry about. It's really easy and if you're yourselves you should do well. Best of luck to everyone who is expecting a call!

 

What sort of Questions do they ask? I haven't heard anything yet!

 

Just things like, why did you apply/what's your motivation for working at Disney, you need to tell them about the area you live in and why it's a good place to live, how to deal with an awkward customer, they ask if you've had an experience of someone being pleased with your customer service and to explain it.

It's all the kind of questions you'd expect from an interview. Be yourself and you'll be fine.
