In 1998, the current Le Cellier costume was introduced. It consists of a maroon/white patterned long-sleeve shirt, black pants, a white apron and Disney-standard shoes. 
Prior to this, the men's costume was a pink floral shirt, green corduroy pants, finished with a sassy maroon sash. It was horrible. The women's costume was no better - a pink and white full-length dress with a matching hat.
