Very sad indeed. Thoughts to their fam. :'( Sometimes with so many hidden variables involved in these riskier shows, it can be so difficult to keep Cast Members perfectly safe. I mean, consider Lights, Motors, Action! Cars and motorcycles are doing stunts and what not through fire, over ramps, etc, every single day, multiple times a day! Even with a trained professional, all it takes is a little slip. No doubt Disney will really amp up their safety measures and refresher courses though, especially given recent events.
