How Disney staff know what time to pick us up at the airport?

Do we need to call Disney once we finalize our flight No. and arrival time? Otherwise, how they know when to pick us up? ???What No. should we call ?

anyways if u booked through sta they r meant to send your flight info to yummy jobs who tell disney but i think i sent my info to alexis anyway just to make sure. Someone should definately let disney know but there is also a number in the pack that u can phone if u have any trouble at the airport etc.

when i got my info pack there was an email address i think. or was it a phone number? i can't remember. anyways...i just email my time i think.
