Oh honey I'm so sad that you won't be doing the Disney thing with us! I'm really glad though that you're still going to come to the meal with us on Tuesday. ;D

I think that only you know exactly what you should do in a situation like this. There's always going to be other chances to apply to Disney but to go to the London School of Economics? Well thats pretty damn cool and something you might only get the chance to do once. There's nothing stopping you doing what I did and doing Uni then going to Disney. Because I'm sure they'll take you when you decide you want to go. If you're going to take the position at LSE then I think its a pretty wise and mature decision not to come to the presentation/interviews. Not just to potentially take the position from someone else but it might make you second guess your decision to go to LSE.

well done for getting in2 the uni of your dreams you must be well proud of yourself,

sorry to hear you wont be coming to the interview on wednesday although for you at this time is the best decision, as emi said theres always another chance for you to re-apply for the position, the graduates position or even for a summer.
you will have gained alot of respect from disney and yummy for what your doing and will probs go in your favour at a later date.
are you staying over in the novotel 2moro?

Alexis seemed glad I let her know, and wished me luck for the future so I was happy with that.

I know this is the right decision for me right now, there's a few other things too that would've made it a little difficult for me to go to Disney - I've been with my boyfriend for two years and I'm not ready at the moment to spend a year away from him. I think going to university first is the best option for me.

I can't wait to still meet you all tomorrow, I'll be the non-nervous one trying to calm everyone else's nerves!! ;D

 

Hi ppl, cant wait for wed-im hoping to leave in Jan, but im easy anytime after mid November-anyone else around that time? My only reason for wanting to go in Jan if poss is because i want to experience Christmas, and id much rather experience it at the end of the year, kind of as a finish to the programme

Well done Rose for getting into LSE I think what u have decided is the right choice!!
I am going to see some family down in London tommorow and having dinner at my Nans-I will be at the novotel evening time I should think-can I meet up with u all in the morning before we leave?? Does anyone know how to get to the Disney offices from the Novotel then?

Hey Guys, hope everyone's nerves are under control, mine are just about chained down, lol. So this is probably my last chance to use the internet, though might squeeze in a wee check tomorrow before I leave. If I can't get tickets for Q I'll see you guys at Hard Rock at 7.15pm, can't wait to meet everyone. If not I'll see all you great people before the interview.

And congrats Rose on getting into the LSE. I've studied work by a lot of lecturers there during my degree. It's certainly a well respected institution.

Their Sociology department is top notch and I'm considering applying to do a Masters Degree there after I return from Disney, so might see you there one day.
