So, coming from the UK, I'm not really up to par with the US equivalents of Medicine. Most importantly Paracetamol. It's just a light pain-killer to take when you maybe have a sore head and what not. Anyone know what to look for in Walgreens? ;D

Jack, when I lived in the US on a study abroad programme, I took Advil for headaches and things and it works fine.
