a tosser is a highly amusing word....to "toss" off means for a guy to pleasure himself shal i say...so basically if u r a tosser its like a wanker! (i duno if that word will be censored by mickey) i hope im rite! i think thats what it means i LOVE the word chav i use it waaaay to often and RANDOm its like the sole basis of my vocabulary!
