I just got accepted to the International College program, 6months term, starting next year in January, ending around July. My question is, is it possible to take a leave?? like for 2 weeks or so. Because I plan to go on a trip to Hong Kong around late April/early May to visit family for personal reasons. Would that be possible?

the short answer is no, im afraid! im not sure what the rules are for the 6 month program but i know on the 12 month programs you cant actually take vacation time or anything until you have worked for the company for a minimum amount of time (for a 12 month placement you have to wait until 9 months have passed) i know that when theres been something serious happen back home that people have been allowed to take some unpaid time off to go and sort stuff out but that would be in an extreme situation.....
