UCF program classes

I just got an email with a list of the UCF program classes. I'm asked to list six classes in order from eight classes they provide me. Not sure what courses would be top choices.

Here is my class list: 1.Survey of Wines of the World, 2.Theme Park Management, 3.Event Management,4. Hospitality Brand Management, 5.Food & Beverage Operations in the Hospitality Industry, 6.Guest Service Management.
What about you? Any recommendation?

 

which program are you on? the graduate one or college one that you go for a whole year?

and what were the other two choices of classes?

most of them sound ok

 

The other two classes are Information Technology and E-commerce in Hospitality and Tourism and Leadership and Strategic Management.

 

are you on the 1 year college program?

 

Nope. I'm on the half year UCF program.

 

Just so you know, one of your days off is your UCF day which is a bit rubbish.

 

I thought we only had to pick 4 classes? 2 in the first 8 weeks, then time off classes in peak season & then another 2 in the last 8 weeks??

What did you pick in the end? Have you enjoyed them?
