I'm just wondering if anyone could share their experience of finding employment after completing the CRP? How long did it take? Did you start looking while you were still at Disney? I've been thinking about applying this year, and really want to do it, but I don't know whether it's too much of a risk to leave a full-time job when unemployment still seems to be so high... Thanks! x
Dear BobKat, participating with the CRP is something you will remember your entire life, and everyone who has the chance should do it - but while you are there, I don't think you'll have a chance of looking for another job. But I guess that depends on what country you're from?!? Leaving a full time job for a year of fun (oh, AND work) is something you should really think hard about, and again it depends on your life situation, where you live and so on. Not an easy decision!
