I've gotten to the final interview stage and my interview is in February so I'm wondering how many they hire from the final interviews? I'm also curious about what would really stand out as negative so they wouldn't hire you? Thanks
Absolutely no hire is for people with visible tattoos, piercings they're not willing to remove, filthy and scruffy looking clothes worn to the f2f, no willingness to cut hair or shave if necessary prepeatedly during one shift, reduce jewellery, no willingness to wear panty hose (if applicable) and so on. Just look up the Disney look guidelines (https://www.disneyinternationalprograms.com/crp/look_intro.html) to adjust, and during the interview show that you're willing to assimilate - well, if you are.
