I know Sea World offer a program, but I'm not sure if you have to be a student? A girl that meant to my school is off to New York for 6 weeks to work in a holiday resort and she's not a student ;D
Universal Studios in Orlando does do a program for Americans and Internationals similar to Disney ones, but you do have to be in school for it. I think it's similar to ICP. Not to be rude or well i don't know.. but why would you want to work at a different one? None of them provide the service, standards, everything that Disney does.
Have you tried to ask at your local American consulate? There are lots of programs that are run between the US and different countries, maybe yours is one of them.
