    This program has been designed for those with a career or educational interest in Hospitality, Tourism or Leisure Management. The 6-12 month program has been designed for individuals who are fluent in Japanese, Portuguese, German or French as there is a demand at the resort for Cast Members who speak these languages.

    Work Locations can vary widely, as can disciplines, but generally speaking you will be in a resort or theme park in a front-line position. The specific discipline that you are assigned to will depend on your interest and qualifications. You may be placed in one of the following areas:

    * Resort Front Office Operations
    * Resort Food and Beverage Operations
    * Resort Merchandise Operations
    * Theme Park Guest Relations

    Specific job duties in these areas will vary, but are typical of Disney entry-level positions, which means dealing with guests all the time.

    The Learning aspect of this program is similar to the Fellowship Program, as you must attend the College Program business seminars alongside American college students who are participating the WDW College Program. Attendace is mandatory, and you are not paid to attend. In total, you will experience 28 hours of in-class training, typically one day a week for a few months.
